Kathmandu - Seven Maoist guerillas have been killed in clashes with Nepalese police in recent days, police sources said yesterday.

Four died on Wednesday at Fagam Village in Rukum district, 390 km south-west of Kathmandu, the sources said. Three policemen were injured in the exchange of fire which followed a search for the guerillas involved in an attack on police on Sunday.
