NEGOTIATIONS on a new PCW should reflect the priority of promoting equality in the workplace and in society in general, the Minister for Equality and Law Reform said yesterday.
Addressing SIPTU's regional biennial conference in Westport, Mr Taylor stressed that equality between men and women and a fair deal for people with disabilities were particularly important.
