SARAJEVO - NATO commanders yesterday formally launched a new multinational peacekeeping mission in Bosnia. Gen George Joulwan presided over a military ceremony handing over authority to the 35,000-strong Stabilisation Force, which succeeds the much bigger NATO-led Implementation Force.
