A 32-year-old man charged with murdering and raping civil servant, Ms Marilyn Rynn, was further remanded for service of the book of evidence by Dublin District Court yesterday. Mr David Lawler, of Edgewood Lawn, Blanchardstown, Dublin, is charged with murdering Ms Rynn and raping her in Tolka Valley Park as she returned home from an office Christmas party on December 22nd last.

Judge William Earley remanded Mr Lawler on continuing bail to appear before the court on December 11th.
