A bail application by a Co Monaghan man accused of murdering Lance Bombardier Stephen Restorick and two other murders was withdrawn in the High Court in Belfast yesterday. The application by Mr Bernard Martin McGinn (39), from Henry Street, Castleblayney, had been adjourned from last Friday.
