A 28 year old man charged with murdering another man following an argument at a flat in Rathmines, Dublin, last August was further remanded by Dublin District Court yesterday. Mr Stephen Boyle, of Lower Rathmines Road, is charged with murdering Gerard Hagan on August 3rd last. He is to appear in court again on October 25th.
