BRUSSELS - A 10th person died yesterday as a result of Tuesday's massive pileup of 200 vehicles on a fog shrouded Belgian motorway, the Interior Ministry said. The victim was a 34 year old Dutchman who managed to drive to a hospital after the crash near the northwestern town of Deinze.
