The case against a financial consultant, Mr Patrick Foote (43), was put back to today at Limerick Circuit Court yesterday.

The case against a financial consultant, Mr Patrick Foote (43), was put back to today at Limerick Circuit Court yesterday.

The former managing director of the Irish Mortgage and Finance Bureau, O'Connell Street, Limerick is charged on 36 counts of larceny and 17 counts of forgery involving £174,441, between May 1996 and July 1997.
