Gardaí have appealed for help in tracing a missing Kilkenny teenager who was last seen on Christmas Eve. James Foran (18), Alywardstown, Glenmore, was driving a red Peugeot Partner van, registered number WW 7149, towards New Ross, Co Wexford.
He is 6ft 2in, thin, with short brown hair.
He was wearing a black hooded top, black tracksuit bottoms, and a blue coat with a “Parkwest” logo.
