Middlesbrough's northeast derby against Newcastle tomorrow at the Riverside Stadium has been postponed.
Boro took the decision today because of safety concerns after wintry weather hit Teesside.
Club spokesman Dave Allan said: "The game is off tomorrow for reasons of spectator safety. The pitch is playable, but there is a significant amount of snow elsewhere".
