LONDON - The new Tory leader, Mr William Hague, has won the backing of another of Britain's political parties - the Natural Law Party. Mr Hague practises transcendental meditation, a key element in the programme of the Natural Law Party. Dr Geoffrey Clements will express his party's "appreciation of the qualities of William Hague and the significance of his election for the future of British politics" at a news conference today.
