The final of the 42nd Irish TimesDebating Competition takes place this evening in Maynooth College, Co Kildare.
The debate will be held on campus at 7.30 p.m. in the Aula Maxima room.
College teams will debate the motion "That this house regrets the American response to September 11th".
The debate will be chaired by the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr Brian Cowen TD.
