Kampala - Ugandan Kara mojong cattle rustlers massacred at least 140 people two weeks ago in north-eastern Uganda, the state-owned New Vision newspaper reported yesterday. The paper quoted north-eastern Uganda's army commander, Lieut-Col Geoffrey Kakama, as saying that the raiders set huts alight and threw up to 70 children into the flames.
