Supt Duff said the book of evidence would be ready for September 23rd.

Mr Heffernan is charged with the murder of Mr Ryan (21) at Cappabeg, Barefield, on June 7th last. He is on remand at the Central Mental Hospital at Dundrum, Dublin, and his presence in court was excused for the fourth time yesterday.
