A Dublin man caught storing heroin valued at over €28,000 has been jailed for five years.
Derek Maguire (25), of Dolphin House, Rialto, pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to having the drugs at Lissadell Green, Drimnagh, on November 23th, 2008.
Garda Barry Hayes said gardaí found heroin valued at €28,800 in a bedroom occupied by Maguire and a second person.
