A man appeared in court yesterday charged in connection with the death of a man whose body was found in a shed near Dublin Airport.
Mr Kevin McCarron (49), Arklow, Co Wicklow, was charged with unlawfully imprisoning Mr Noel Heffernan at Kingstown, St Margaret's, between August 5th and 15th, 1999. Mr Heffernan's badly beaten body was found 10 days after he had gone missing.
