Gardaí are trying to identify a man who was found dead in a pub toilet in Dublin city centre yesterday.

Gardaí are trying to identify a man who was found dead in a pub toilet in Dublin city centre yesterday.

The man, who is aged between 20 and 30, was found yesterday morning in the pub on Thomas Street.

He is described as being five feet, nine inches tall, of slim build with short brown hair and pale green eyes. He has a tattoo of a skull on his right upper arm.

He was wearing a khaki T-shirt, jeans, with a brown belt, brown leather jacket and trainers. He was also wearing a silver chain and cross and a white bead choker around his neck.

Gardaí  did not say how the man died, but it is understood the death is not being treated as suspicious.
