A man was returned for trial for murder when he appeared at Tralee District Court yesterday. Mr John O'Mahony (35) unmarried, a baker, of Boherbee, Tralee, is charged with the murder of Ms Margaret O'Sullivan (40) at McCowans Lane, Tralee, on August 18th, 1996.
The defendant, who was granted legal aid, was remanded in custody pending his trial at the Central Criminal Court.
