A Co Donegal man who is fighting his extradition to Northern Ireland was readmitted to bail by Mr Justice Flood in the High Court yesterday. Anthony Kelly (36), of Garvan Place, Derry, and with an address at Glenard Park, Letterkenny, Co Donegal, escaped from the Maze Prison during the break-out by 38 IRA prisoners in 1983. He is wanted for the murder of a RUC reserve officer.
