A 22-year-OLD man from the Palmerstown area of Dublin will appear in court this morning charged in connection with the death of Mark Dwyer at Scribblestown Lane, Finglas, last weekend. The single, unemployed man is charged with, false imprisonment.
Dwyer was abducted from a flat at Ballybough about 1 a.m. on December 13th and fund' dead in a field at Scribblestown Lane the following day. He had been shot once in the head.
