A former secretary of the Felons' Club in west Belfast was in Belfast Magistrates' Court yesterday for allegedly failing to provide information to a financial investigator appointed under the Proceeds of Crime Act. The charge against Mr John James Bradley (39), of Dermott Hill Road, related to an interview last February after he had been served with a notice to comply with the investigator's requirements .

Mr Bradley was in court earlier this month with four other members of the Felons' Club. He was charged with false accounting, and the case was adjourned until December 15th. Magistrate Mr John Clery adjourned yesterday's hearing until October 15th.
