A man appeared in court this evening charged in connection with the discovery of a body in Dublin this morning.
The man was charged with section 3 of the Offences Against the Person Act and remanded in custody.
He will appear again before Clover Hill District Court on October 28th.
Peter Mitchell (32), was found dead in a house on Monasterboice Road in Crumlin yesterday.
