A man will be charged at Dublin District Court this morning in connection with the death of a 22-year-old sailor in Dublin at the weekend. The man was arrested early yesterday on board the Naval vessel LE Eithne. Mr Brian Gorey, a crew member, was found drowned in the Liffey on Sunday. A post-mortem showed head and body injuries.
