A 30-year-old man has been arrested after a quantity of cocaine was discovered in his car in Dublin.
he man was arrested in the Lucan area last night following a planned operation involving the Garda Organised Crime Unit and the Garda National Drugs Unit.
Two kilos of heroin with a street value of €300,000 were recovered from his car during the search.
The man was detained at Clondalkin Garda Station under the provisions of Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act.
