A man aged in his 40s has been arrested as part of the Garda Bureau of Fraud investigation into financial irregularities.

A man aged in his 40s has been arrested as part of the Garda Bureau of Fraud investigation into financial irregularities.

The man was arrested in the Dublin area this morning in connection with the ongoing inquiry into allegations of deception and theft at several institutions.

The man arrested this morning is currently being held under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at Irishtown Garda station.
