A 23-year-old man has appeared before Dublin District Court later today charged with the murder of a man in Dublin last Tuesday afternoon.
Mr Jason Tolan (24) was found by a passer-by at around 4 p.m. in a semi-conscious state on an open area between Wellview Estate and Mulhuddart village.
He had sustained one shotgun wound to the lower right leg.
Thomas Murphy of Wellview Avenue, Mulhuddart, was remanded in custody for a week.
