A Nigerian national has pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to a charge of dangerous driving on Henry Street last year which left ten people injured.

Jacob Odubajo (36), of Clonliffe Road, Dublin 9, admitted to dangerous causing which created a substantial risk of death or serious injury to another on Ocrober 18th, 2001.

Ms Pauline Whalley BL, prosecuting, said although Odubajo had only pleaded guilty to one count, 10 people were injured and the State required victim impact reports on them all.

Judge Elizabeth Dunne adjourned the case for sentence on October 9th.
