Gardaí in Roscommon are investigating a fatal road traffic collision in the county, in which a 34-year-old man was killed.
The single vehicle collision occured at 2.45am this morning on the Longford to Strokestown road near Tarmonbarry. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The road is currently closed pending a Garda forensic examination.
