London - The Spanish government has expressed regret over the leaking of details of a confidential medical report on the former Chilean dictator, Gen Augusto Pinochet, Britain said yesterday.
But the Madrid authorities could not be sure that the report on the ailing Gen Pinochet's ability to face extradition to Spain to face torture charges, which was published in Spanish newspapers, had been leaked in their country.
