London - TV entertainment mogul Lew Grade was laid to rest yesterday in a simple funeral attended by close friends and family. Lord Grade's widow, Kathleen, and son, Paul, were joined at the service by actor Roger Moore, TV producer and former Channel 4 head Sir Jeremy Isaacs, film director Lord Puttnam and media group chief Lord Rothermere. Credited with almost single-handedly creating Britain's commercial television sector, Lord Grade died aged 91 on Sunday in a Harley Street clinic.
