Maseru - Southern African ministers mediating to end turmoil in Lesotho said late yesterday they had secured a deal for the establishment of a transitional committee to work out ways for fresh polls in 18 months. The ministers said in a statement that the Transitional Executive Committee would be set up by October 31st and include the government, parliament and the opposition. The ministers from Botswana, Mozambique and Zimbabwe were led by South African Safety and Security Minister, Mr Sydney Mufamadi.
