LONDON - The family of a woman who died of CJD, the human equivalent of "mad cow disease", yesterday launched a legal action against the British government. Ms Ilja Andrews (23), the daughter of the victim, Dutch born Fonnie Van Es (44), is seeking legal aid in the first case of relatives suing over the government's handling of the BSE crisis.
