A car exploded outside a police headquarters in the city of Gaza today, causing at least one casualty, Hamas radio said.
The explosion, coming during a period of relative calm between the Islamist-ruled Palestinian territory and Israel, rocked Gaza and sent up a plume of thick black smoke.
The Israeli military, which has targeted Palestinian cars in air strikes during previous rounds of fighting, had no immediate comment on the incident.
