Michael Kinane will ride the Aidan O'Brien-trained Hawk Wing in the Vodafone Derby ending speculation that he might switch to stable companion High Chaparral because of the prospect of soft ground.
Kinane had to decide by lunch-time today and has chosen to stick with the Sagitta 2000 Guineas runner-up.
Johnny Murtagh will be aboard High Chaparral at Epsom on Saturday.
