Congressman Patrick Kennedy, a son of Senator Ted Kennedy, has said he believes President Clinton is absolutely committed to the peace process in Northern Ireland and he himself believed the process will hold.
Mr Kennedy was opening an extension to a Kinsale restaurant and hotel last night.
