The Jurys Doyle Hotel group is to build a new 340-bedroom Jurys' Inn at London's Heathrow Airport, it was announced this morning.

The group also announced the sale of the Green Isle Hotel in Dublin to Lynch Hotels for €11 million.

The Heathrow deal will see the group enter into a 125-year ground lease with the British Airport Authority (BAA).

It is to invest about €34 million in the construction of the hotel, which should be open by the end of next year.

The Jurys Doyle group's inns outlets have formed a successful element of the group's growth in recent years.
