Judgment was reserved in the High Court, Belfast, yesterday in a challenge to the ruling that the IRA ceasefire has not broken down. Mr Justice Kerr said he may deliver his judgment next week.

An application for judicial review of the decision by former Secretary of State Dr Mo Mowlam was brought by Ms Michelle Williamson, whose parents were killed in the Shankill Road bombing in 1993.
