A man found guilty of careless driving causing death has been sentenced to one month in prison.

A man found guilty of careless driving causing death has been sentenced to one month in prison.

Anthony Armstrong (31), Enniscorthy, Co Wexford, was found guilty by a jury of careless driving at Bunclody in 2008, causing the death of Edward Kirwan. Sentencing had been adjourned by Judge Alice Doyle at Wexford Circuit Criminal Court to allow for a probation and welfare report.
