Island Oil & Gas appointed Carl Kindinger as the Irish natural-gas producer's chief financial officer.
Kindinger (57) will oversee the company's financial strategy in project and bank finance, tax planning, economic modelling, investor relations, and statutory reporting, Dublin-based Island Oil said today in a statement.
Kindinger will be replaced by Adrian Doull on Island Oil's audit, remuneration, nominating and corporate governance committees.
