Man (25) dies after car hits ditch in Co Cork

A man in his twenties has died following a crash in Fermoy, Co Cork.

The crash happened on the Glanworth to String Cross Rd at Glanworth, Co Cork when the car left the road at around 1am on Thursday.

The road is closed and local diversions are in place. The body remains at the scene pending an examination by Garda Forensic Collision investigators.
