Leaving Cert online helpdesk launches on irishtimes.com

A new Irish Times Results HelpDesk is now live on irishtimes.com/results2013. The helpdesk, staffed by a team of guidance counsellors, is online to answer queries from students and their parents about their results, or about CAO offers, which are made next Monday morning.

Readers can post their their queries at irishtimes.com/results2013 and the team will respond via our rolling Q&A service.

The site also has a Frequently Asked Questions section, full analysis of this year’s results, and lots of information about going to college. The CAO first round points will be online on the site on Monday morning.
