A charge against a Dungannon man of indecently assaulting a schoolgirl was adjourned for a month at Cookstown Magistrates' Court yesterday. Mr Melvin David Hegarty (37), a tiler, of Ashbeg Grove, is accused of indecently assaulting the primary school pupil last December 13th.
