An Israel Defence Force investigation has concluded that in November last, Israeli soldiers fired 80 bullets without justification, causing the death of Palestinian man Rushdie Tamimi (31), who was shot in the back during clashes in the Israeli-occupied West Bank village of Nabi Saleh.

Mr Tamimi, who was a policeman, died in a hospital in Ramallah from his wounds, two days after being shot.
