`I have an ice-dream'

. BIZARRE, unprecedented? In the far northwest of Venezuela, Manuel da Silva Oliveira has 610 flavours of ice cream and a place in the Guinness Book of World Records. Oliveira's Coromoto Heladeria (ice cream parlour) in Merida serves all natural scoops such as mollusc, cheese, shrimp, garlic and Guinness. He explains: "One night I dreamed I was making avocado ice cream. It was so vivid I thought I'd try it."
