Family reaction:Adrian Dunne's brother said last night he did not believe that his older sibling was capable of killing his family.

Sebastian Dunne (27) said he last spoke to Adrian on Saturday and that his brother had said he loved his family.

Visibly distressed, Mr Dunne said: "Someone did it. I can't see my brother doing that, not when he has kids. He was blind, I can't see a blind guy killing three people."

The Dunne family are already dealing with the trauma of the death of James, Adrian's brother, a month ago.

Mr Dunne said: "I was talking to him on Saturday and he was grand. At about half six, we were talking soccer and Liverpool.

"He was a big soccer fan. There was nothing wrong with him. He was fairly all right. A lot of questions need to be answered, like what happened in there. We haven't been told nothing.

"The family haven't got a clue, as much as you. He loved his children and he loved his wife. He couldn't do anything to them.

"All those stories on the radio are rubbish. I don't believe he did it. He loved them children. He loved them more than anything else. He brought them everywhere with him.

"He was even talking about going on holidays with them at me brother's funeral, going over to Liverpool and bringing them to a match," he added.

Mr Dunne said his family believed Ciara Dunne may have been pregnant with the family's third child.

"She was meant to be pregnant but I'm not too sure if she was. They were trying to have another one. It's hard on me Ma because my brother only died last month.Adrian was the third eldest of nine," he added.

A large crowd gathered in the estate to watch as the bodies were taken from the house.

Three hearses, two black and one white carried the bodies away. They carried two adult-sized coffins and one white coffin.

The bodies were last night taken to Wexford General Hospital where postmortems were due to take place.
