Hysterectomy may improve sex

Chicago - Women who have suffered from chronic gynaecological problems may experience better sex lives after having a hysterectomy, according to a new study. Women who had undergone the procedure reported improved libido, more orgasms and in some cases less vaginal dryness, according to the study in the Journal of the American Medical Association.
