BEIRUT - A joint ticket headed by Lebanon's two most powerful Shi'ite Muslim groups swept to victory in the fourth round of the parliamentary elections on Sunday, according to unofficial results yesterday. The result gave Hizbullah four seats in the 128 member parliament while Amal won five.
