Sydney - Australian fertility specialists were considering yesterday a plea from a HIV-positive woman who wants treatment to become pregnant.
The woman wants to artificially conceive a child to avoid the risk of infecting her partner by having unprotected sex. A standards committee at Melbourne's Monash In-Vitro Fertilization centre was to examine the woman's case.
