Four British experts are among the 10-member team to carry out a statutory investigation into Tallaght hospital’s emergency department.
The list of investigators was announced by the Health Information and Quality Authority yesterday.
The investigation will be led by Hilary Coates of Hiqa, who will be joined by two colleagues, Mary Dunnion and Margaret Cahill. The team will be supported by an expert panel comprising three consultants, a GP and a nursing adviser.
