PARKER BROWNS nightclub at Dundrum shopping centre was the place to be for many south Dublin teens last night, as Junior Certs queued to celebrate their results.

Nicole Coffey (15), a pupil at Loreto Abbey, Dalkey and St Andrews, Booterstown, pupil Haley McNamara (15), had heard about the event on Facebook and paid €15 for tickets.

Meanwhile in the city centre, Louise Raymond (15) a pupil at Warrenmount school in Blackpitts said she delighted with her exam results. She and her friends had been to popular Chinese buffet restaurant Jimmy Chungs on Eden Quay for a meal. “I dont want to go out drinking,” said Louise. “I just wanted to get something to eat with all my friends.”
